Love this. It is a printed smooth polyester, not knit. It says it on the image, but figured I would say it again for the ones who do read the comments. The print is pretty and vibrant. I ordered one last year for my coworker. I liked it so much, I ordered me one. I am a 2xl tshirt, 3xl blouse girlie and I feel the 4xl has plenty of room.

It’s a really cute top. It’s not fuzzy. It’s like kind of a polyester fabric, but the cuffs were a little large so I just took them in a little bit but other than that it’s a really cute top and it did fit pretty true to size.
