- From service providers such as payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, delivery carriers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.
- From advertising and referral partners when you interact with an advertisement or link directing you to the Site.
4. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- Process payments, fulfill orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, and provide transaction updates;
- Create and manage accounts and remember shopping preferences;
- Respond to questions and provide customer support;
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized transactions;

Transactional and marketing messages
Order confirmations, shipping notices, return updates, security alerts, and other service messages are not promotional and may be sent when needed to provide the Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each marketing message.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These tools may support:
- Strictly necessary functions: cart contents, checkout, account login, security, and fraud prevention;
- Functional features: saved preferences and improved site functionality;
- Analytics: understanding visits, traffic sources, page performance, and shopping behavior; and
- Advertising: measuring campaigns, limiting repeated ads, building audiences, and presenting interest-based advertising.
Depending on our active site configuration, providers may include WordPress and WooCommerce technology providers, Google Analytics or Google advertising services, and Meta services such as the Meta Pixel. These providers may receive device identifiers, IP address, browsing events, purchase events, and related information under their own privacy policies.
You may limit cookies through your browser and, where available, our cookie-preference tool. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart, login, or checkout from working correctly. You may also manage advertising choices through your device or the relevant advertising platform.
Some US state laws may treat disclosure to advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing” or a “sale,” even when no money is exchanged. See Section 10 for applicable opt-out rights.
6. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
- Website and hosting providers that help operate and secure the Site;
- Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers that authorize transactions and reduce risk;
- Warehouses, fulfillment partners, suppliers, and delivery carriers that prepare and deliver orders;
- Customer-service and communication providers that support email and service requests;
- Analytics and advertising providers that help measure traffic, campaigns, and advertising;
- Professional advisers and authorities when necessary for legal, tax, accounting, insurance, compliance, or safety purposes;
- Business transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business; and
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
Service providers are permitted to process information for the services they perform for us, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing orders and support, maintaining business and transaction records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship with you, and applicable law. When information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission, website, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for notifying us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
9. Your privacy choices

- Requests: depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
11. International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including where our hosting, payment, fulfillment, analytics, customer-service, and other providers operate. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
